2002 Dodge Van Not Starting

My van is not starting. I first thought the battery. Took ithome to Kragens had a battery charge and load test done to it. It passed and took a charge. Brought it home installed it and the car started. Drove the car around everything was fine. Got home shut it down and notice the gauges went all the way up then down. Car hasent started since. I still get power but will not crank over. It just goes click, click, click.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good. Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
