2001 Dodge Truck fuel injector

I had my truck checked out when the engine light came on and it said that #3 injector was not functioning properly. So I replaced it still have the same problem, so I then took out #1 injector and switched them same problem I am out of ideas can you help

You'll need to test the wires for #3 back to the PCM If they test good, PCM may be faulty, Or you can buy a noid light and plug it in to the injector harness to see if it's pulsing...here's a wiring diagram to get you going! The resistance across the injectos, is 10.8 to 13.2 at 68 degrees!
