1978 Dodge Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a '78 Dodge Lil' Red Express Truck with a 360 engine and a 727 transmission.

I'd like to redo a 318 from a '76 dodge charger and put it in the truck.

Will the 318 bolt to the 727 transmission on the truck?

This is a pretty simple swap as everything should bolt up. Bu ti don't know why you want to do t hat. Anyhow make sure to repalce the torque converter otherwise you get a big vibration as the balance is different between the two engines.
