2004 Dodge Stratus Heater problem

Heater problem
2004 Dodge Stratus V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 56000 miles

My heater has 4 different control settings, nothing comes out, heat our AC on the first 3 settings, but does only work on #4. Heat and AC comes out, but only on #4, nothing on 1-3 settings. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

Fan speed resistor has lost 3 of its positions. Follow the wires from the blower motor back to the resistor, usually is screwed into the HVAC plenum near the blower motor

Undo the negative battery cable for 2 mins then proceed to test the blower resister, here's how!
