2003 Dodge Stratus car stalls

Okay this a hard one when I bought this car it ran fine but then to months later the car would have a hard time starting and when it would start I can smell gas all over. Then it loses power and wont go past the number 2 on the rpm scale now we replaced the fuelpump bought new spark plugs and new cablewires What should I do.

Do you have a check engine light?

Yea you're right could be a big bear to isolate this problem -Check the fuel pressure, coolant temperature sensor/throttle position, MAF/MAP sensors then report back your findings for evaluation.
