So the lights on the inside of my car dont work and when the car is off the power locks wont work but they will when the car is on. Also the sunroof quit working. I checked all the fuses and replaced them but the problems are still there any ideas?

Fuse # 5 on the left side of the dash board is the IOD fuse, (ignition off draw). It's in a yellow handle. This fuse kills the memory circuits for the computers while the vehicle is in storage. One of these computers is the body computer which runs the interior lights and instrument cluster. This is the price we pay for all the unnecessary, complicated, unreliable computers and the reason I drive a 1988 Caravan; no computers and extremely reliable.

If the fuses are good, suspect a defective body computer. It's attached to the fusebox.
