2006 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Automatic

My windshield wipers come on when my lights are turned on. Does this mean some wires are crossed? Is this an easy fix? Thanks

Wires crossed? Strong possibility.
Easy fix? Somewhat. Have to replace the multi-function switch.

Also, check for corrosion between pins in the body computer connector. The pin for the tail lights / running lights can sneak a small voltage to the wiper pin. The computer interprets that voltage as one of the delay settings.
