Engine misfiring?

Engine Performance problem
1997 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 113k miles

i sent the car to a local garage for valve cover gasket plugs and oil change run fine got car back would and will start but misses at idle and pours black some at high rpms check plugs they are black replaced both o2 sensors aic controller temp sensor fuel pump and regulator and still same problem no engine light is on I will donate if you can fix my problem had it to garage 3 times spent over 900 dollars so far so I dont care to pay if it fixes it if would like you can even call me to help again dont care to pay for help if it fixes can afford to put more mobey in it with same problem my number is 3046877782 3046889774 will have one of these at all times thanks again

I replaced the temp switch and I could be wrong but if the plug wires was wrong wont it miss at high rpms too it dont really miss at high rpms juss pours the smoke I replaced the temp switch aic controller both o2 sensors do you have any idea what else would make it run rich? Maybe a injector open?

I have checked the pressure and it was either 42 or 47 one of those but I replaced the regulator 2 times in the past 3 months and a new one just the other day monday I think I dont know what else to do thanks for your time
