I have a 2000 dodge stratus 132,000 m. 2.4 DHOC. My car kills when I come to a stop or when I make a sharp turn after slowing down. I can start it in about 60 sec. It has a lope at idle, but good power. Sometimes after a hard running it kills while idle and park. These are some of the things that was done.(Replace sparkplug & wires, coilpack, airfilter, MAP sensor, brakes & rotors brake switch, chrysler/dodge service dinostic test. The code that came up was map sensor &brake switch which I change, they also check the fuel for pressure, the cylinder compression & the computer) I don't know what else to do. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLEASE !

I tried cleaning the throddle plate but this did not work. Should I change the Idle Speed Control Motor?

Could be a slow Idle Speed Control Motor. If they dont react quick enough the engine can die, but will restart. Also try cleaning out around the throttle plates with a little carb spray and a rag
