2000 Dodge Stratus leaking a fluid

We notice what looks like water on the floor of the passenger side front seat. Doesn't seem to show up all the time just sometimes. We can't pinpoint the problem.

Have you been using the AC? If yes that is condesation from evaporator. Drain tube plugged
Look pass side at the bottom of the AC box see a tube you may need to get at it by underside of engine compartment.
