Last year I noticed that water was covering my passenger side floor boards in the front and back. After a few months it stoped getting wet. It seemed to only be wet when I use the heater. What could be the problem. There are no leaks that are comming from out side sources.

Chances are your heater core is bad. This is a device that looks like a tiny water radiator inside the drivers compartment under the dash inside the ductwork that transfers hot water from the engine to hot air for your comfort. This coil when it gets old can develop a leak but will depsense water from the engine into the floor of the car. If you are skilled, you can attempt the dissambly of the dash and ductwork yourself. A good check to know if it is water from the heater is the smell. If you smell a presense of Antifreese when you engage the heater, this is the problem. These units are typically not repaired but replaced new. In 99% of all cars this is the only source of water inside the passengers compartment.
