I heard a noise when turning left from the passenger side of the car. It sounds like it is hitting something sas the tire rotates. I have found nothing in the way of the tire. It has started to get louder sand I asked someone about it. They said it could be cv joint or brakes to wheel bearings. Now I am starting to hear the sound when I turn any direction, just louder on the passenger side. Nothing seems to be hitting on the drivers side just some creaking when I turn. Could this be lower ball joints or what do you think and can I please get a cost repair estimate for this problem. Thank you

Hello,

usually what you are describing as far as the hitting the tire or a Clicking noise indicates a bad CV Joint. An estimated cost could be anywhere for $500 - $800 depending on Part Cost and Labor Rate in your area.

The creaking could just be that the ball joints need to be greased if they have grease fittings. If they don't then it would be time to have them changed.
Or it could be the rubber gromets on the lower control arm are dried out and need replacing.
