1998 Dodge Stratus fuel pump

1998 dodge stratus will turn over but not start. It has started 2 times when I banged on gas tank, I am not sure weather this is fuel pump. I recently replaced battery

Welcome to the forum, yeah, from your post, it sounds like a fuel pump issue. I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. Also, check voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector.
