My moms car wont start and wont eventurn over and when the key is turned the dash lights come on and a warning light says check c2 something. Do you know what could be wrong

Welcome, I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. If that checks out, I'd check the circuits at the starter relay, power distribution center under the hood. If there was a message on your dash about what to check, I can't tell what that is?
