1995 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my car is not overheating but it cutts off after a while while im driving when I put my foot on the gas it makes a noise like a truck sometimes it won, t start

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Has the check engine light come on?

I hope the oil light only comes on at a very low idle. As far as the check engine light, have the computer scanned to identify where the problem is coming from. Most parts stores will do it for free.
