1994 Dodge Spirit wont start

I got a 1994 dodge spirit given to me but it has sat for a year IN CANADA so of course it wont start seems I have fuel but the only thing I am missing is spark, is there somthing I can do that is rather easy? Like a connection somwhere that corrodes often on these cars? I have already changed the Pickup, Coil and wires also has new plugs so thats ruled out

I have a 91 spirit that won't start. Have you heard of any helpful info?

Check to see if you have a blown fuse. And see if the starter is bad.
