My dodge spirit is running up and down in temperture as it is going on the highway idoling it stays normal their is no heat when it on the highway

If the level and radiator is good, a cylinder head or its gasket could be pressurizing your cooling system. No heat and highway soeed problems point to this. Have this checked. Quite a few miles on it.
