Driver side door

My driver side door is not latching to close. Everything seems to be in working order but there is a crack on the door frame next to hinges. Any suggestions on reapir so that my door closes all the way?

If the crackes ar large enough it could make the door out of allignment. To fix it you could re adjust your door but the problem could come back or take the door off and after alligning have it braized.
