How can I increase gas mileage on my 1500 ram 5.9 liter. Would a flow master or magnaflo exhaust help? If so which is better

Not really much. Best way is to drive like theres a egg under the pedal.

Do regular tune ups and maintain the vehicle.

If you want you can get a free flowing exhaust system and add a after market air filter you may be able to push 2-3 more mpg. But then youll notice a bit more power and want to drive it even harder.
