2002 Dodge Ram Brake pads

I am trying to change the brake pads on my 2002 Ram 1500 pickup. I had changed the pad on my previously owned vehicles but this one has gotten the best of me. There are some clipe that hold the pads to the callipars that I have been able to figure out short of going buy a manul

Remove caliper by tilting the top up and off the caliper adapter.
Support and hang the caliper.
Remove inboard brake shoe from the caliper adapter.
Remove outboard brake shoe from caliper adapter.
Remove the anti-rattle springs from caliper adapter
