Im getting a misfire code on cylinder 2 and am burning coolant was told by my brother-in-law that it could b a intake gasket leak or a head gasket leak. Which should I replace first?

Chances are it is the head gasket. I recommend that first because if it is the problem, you will have to get all new intake gaskets a second time if you only replace the intake. You could check compression to see if that cylender is low or intake vacuum to see if it is low.
