Engine will crank but will not start I can pour a little gas into the carburetor and the engine will start I check the fuel filter it is good the fuel lines are clear I disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor and crank the engine no fuel come out the line do I need to replace a fuel pump? And if I do need to replace a fuel pump how much labor cost to replace the fuel pump and a intake manifold gasket? The intake manifold gasket is leaking.

What's leaking on the intake manifold?

For the fuel problem, first check along the right frame rail to see if there's any pinholes rusted in the line. If there is, the pump will just suck air through those holes instead of gas from the tank.

If the pump needs to be replaced, that's about a half-hour job.

As I recall, the intake and exhaust manifolds are bolted together and removed together. Replacing the gaskets should take about one to two hours.
