I hardly ever use my 4 wheel drive but the front passenger U-joints are shot and need replacing ? I baby my truck and take very good care of it so why would this wear out ? I would like to know how to remove the hub since it will not come apart ? I removed all bolts and it
just won't come off ? I don't want to break anything so I need your help. Do you have a diagram with step by step instructions ? Please help A.S. A. P. since it's sitting in my driveway apart. Thanks

I added pictures if you look carefully on the left side, you'll see how it broke off a piece and in the second it's on the right.

Ok first you dont need to remove the ball joints that what I did and learned hard way 3weeks later had to replace them. Remove axle nut then remove the three bolts at back of bearing hub. Now comes the fun part you are going to need a hammer and a steel chisel go to the front of bearing housing and put chisel where it meets the steering nuckel and hit it the bearing will start to seperate you will have to move chisel and hit it three or four different spots when it starts to seperate then you can pry it out then just pull axel out and change joints it is a pain in the butt but if you take your time it will come hopefully this helps you out
