2000 Dodge Ram Speedometer

Driving fine, but the speedometer broke & the ABS light turned on. Where do we start to look?

Start with a scan of the PCM to see if it sees a VSS (vehicle speed sensor) code. Is the check engine light on too? The ABS light will come on when the computer cant see how fast the vehicle is moving.
