Trouble to repair a speedometer

In my job I use a 1999 dodge ram V8 5.4 Laramie Automatic Transmission, but the speedometer has never worked, this make me stopped by officers saying that my speed is a little bit high, I am trying to repair the speedometer, I have checked all from the speed sensor to the ECU, and Check the signals with a Leader Oscilloscope, then, I see that the speed sensor signals are entering to the ECU but nothing is sent to the cluster, may somebody help me to know where may I find the signals that goes out from the ECU and are sent to the cluster, may somebody help me

Vss goes out from anti lock not ecm see pic but this may be a can bus problem and another module is giving the problem. If you have a pro style scanner use that to check the can bus. See pics for connections.
