1999 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when I drive the truck and reach 55 mph and over if I stay on the gas it wont do it but when I let off the gas to maintain a speed the truck starts to buck. I have changed the fuel pump plugs wires cap rotor and have put a new trans can you please help me

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
