1998 Dodge Ram fuel pump

Where is the fuel pump located? And then How do I replace or check to see if that is my problem. And Is there a fuel filter? If so where is it?

The fuel pump is in the fuel tank and yes there is a fuel filter, it is mounted on top of fuel tank, in fuel pump module. You should check fuses and fuel pump relay first before replacing the pump.
