i have already changed heater core, and I still have a problem with water in the floor board. Is it now the a/c? And how do I fix it?

Check the drain hose for blockage on the passenger side front of the firewall. If squeezing it doesn't clear it, squeeze the wire ring to remove the hose, then carefully poke a pencil into the drain tube.
