1996 Dodge Ram truck quit wont start

Few days ago check engine came up when I drifted my truck and gave it gas. 2 days later driving to the cities on the freeway, and just quit everything went dead steering locked up till I put it in nuetral and smoke came out smelt like burnt oil maybe antifreeze, smelt little burning of it before hand previus days but then when it died was turning over like it did in the summer not to fast or anything just normal but wont start

You should start by having the computer scanned. Most parts stores will do it for free, but since the car doesn't run, that is a problem. See if they will lend or rent a scanner to you.

Next, if you can't get a scanner check if you are getting spark and fuel to the engine.
