1996 Dodge Ram Starting issues.

It's got the three sixty in it it ran fine last night and this morning it started sputtered shut down and now won't run without the aid of starting fluid. I was wondering where the fuel filter is (if there is one) and is it an in tank pump? Thanks.

I have the same vehile. It does have a fuel filter but it is the tank on the fuel pump.
