When decelerating sometimes it will stall?

My 1996 dodge 1500 ram with a 5.2 v8 1st where is the egr valve on this? I cannot find one, and when decelerating sometimes it will stall, no codes on computer. It will start right back up then after a while it will stall again NO warning what so ever.

The EGR valve is located under hood, center, and rear engine area, mounted on rear passenger side of engine.
It looks like this one:

Check for a plug catalytic converter
