Engine momentarily cuts out then keeps going

When I accelerate the truck the engine momentarily cuts out then keeps going. Yesterday it cut out completely. When I got it home I swapped the auto shutdown relay with the air condition clutch relay and the engine started right up but now it cuts out all the time when I accelerate. What would cause that?

Is your check engine light on? If yes turn the key from off to on three times, on the fourth one leave it in the on position, Read the codes in the odometer window, post results here. May have a bad TPS.
