1996 Dodge Ram cruse control

I am not getting power to my switch I checked and rechecked the fuses and checked in the hand book and cant find a thing about cruse control I even went out and bought another control modual that mounts on the steering wheel and it still dont work I have tilt steering and might there be a wire broke from tilting it back and forth and if so how do I fix this please advise thanks pete e-mail thetitan2@comcast.
