Battery is good but car will not crank.

I have a 2000 Dodge Neon 2.0 L 16 Valve vehicle with 120,000 miles. While driving the car it died and when I tried to restart it, it would not even try to crank 8).

Check all the cables, do you hear a clicking when you try to start the car? If you do check out the starter.

2001 Dodge Neon, 2.0 L 16 Valve, 124,000 miles.
While driving the car it died and when trying to restart it there was not response. Not a thing happened when the key was turned, No clicking, whining, or any sound. Although the battery is strong with headlights bright and accessory panel bright and seat belt beeping sound loud.
