98 Dodge Neon issue. PLZ Help!

Hello All,
I have just recently been having a problem with my Neon. Auto Transmission 110k Miles. Recently, when I am driving, I will hit the gas and my car doesn't go anywhere. I could be flooring it and it doesnt go. It goes real slow when Im like at half throttle.I just replaced my spark plugs, 2 were bad and had oil on them? (Is that normal?) After changing the plugs it drives better, but it still feels really funny and abnormal.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

2 next to each other? Could be a blown head gasket between 2 cylinders

Yeah both plugs were next to each other. Newest addition, there is oil on my valve cover, at first it didnt look to bad but now it is all over the valve cover.
