2003 Dodge Neon Interior dash lights and Exterior Rear Run

My first and most concerneing problem is that my interior dash lights will not work. My speedomoter, electronic trip gage, and stereo work fine along with my interior head lamp. Also my rear running lights will not come on. Im not sure if these are both on the same fuse but none of my fuses are bad. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
