I was driving home and my neon just lost power, it would not accerate at all, I had to baby it home in first gear, now the car is turbo (aftermarket) I didn't install it I brought it off my friend, it ran well for 2 months then all of sudden it happened. So I replaced the injectors and nothing, the engine check light came on and from what I was told it said misfired.

Welcome to the forum, how long since a tune-up? What was the actual code? Obd2 code should tell which cylinder has a problem, unless multiple misfire. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. I can't help you with the turbo, if that is the issue.

Can I put a 2000 neon fuel pump & regulator in my 98 neon? And does the regulator have more psi then the stock one in my 98?

Manufacturer specs for your vehicle, fuel pressure, 48psi, nonturbo. The turbo manufacturer may have their own web site, where you can get their specs.
