Hello I have a 97 dodge neon DOHC.
The engine will not start. It turns over and sometimes it will back fire out the air intake.

The car was recently driven in to a rut on a dirt road. The car bottomed out and stopped right away. The engine stopped right when it hit. The engine did hit the ground (scraped the oil pan). Scene the car hasn't been starting I got new plugs, camshaft position sensor, and crankshaft position sensor. The car still will not start. Tested the coil pack. I checked the engine ground (any other ground I should check?).
Please let me know if you have any ideas on what the problem is or anything more I should check?
thanks :)

It is getting fuel. I do not think it is the fuel pressure. I put some starting fluid in the air intake and that had no effect on it.
