1995 Dodge Neon running hot

I have a 1995 neon and it is running hot. I am not running the ac and it is not leaking antifreeze anywhere that I see. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thks

If it's not leaking check the water pump or thermostat!

The first thing you want to check is for a head gasket break. If theres no leaking of oil or anti-freeze on the ground, open the radiator cap when its cool and see if theres oil mixed in. Then check the oil dipstick for anti-freeze. If either of those things are happening, you have a blown head gasket. Neons are well known for blowing head gaskets. I have a 97 neon with 84000 miles and I am now replaceing the head gasket for the third time. This time I'm not useing a Chrysler gasket, they suck. I hope this helps.
