2002 Dodge Intrepid lurches when Accelerating

I have a 2002 Dodge Intrepid with 135k miles. I had the transmission replaced about 15k miles ago with a rebuilt. I just had the exhaust redone. While driving it on the highway at around 65mph the car sputtered and lurched. Once I took my foot off gas it went back to normal. Once off highway it sputtered again. At low speeds (25 or so) nothing was wrong. But once I accellerate it sputters and lurches again.

If its happening on acceleration and at high way speed, I have to suspect a tune up bad wire or coil
if have a check engine light on check for codes 1st
if check engine light on and flashing its misfiring and need to be checked for tune up 1st
also check motor and tranny mounts
