Ok, I just finished converting from a 2.7L to the 3.2L in my 99 Intrepid. After completing the conversion the car fired right up and I ran it a few times on 30 minute intervals. On the 3rd start up, I located a severe air leak, after replacing the gasket on the tube I attempted to restart the car and the underdash and underhood ignition fuses both blew. The passanger side coil pack ground had come off and apparently surged the system. I fixed the ground and replaced the fuses. I checked all the grounds on the coil packs and their all fine, however I'm getting no power to the coilpacks when trying to start. Best step?

Next step is to double time over to the ASD relay-Inspect and test, relay checks out The computer is not energizing it-there should be no injection pulses/fuel pressure it powers this two also. Check whether you have one.
