1997 Dodge Intrepid No spark No fuel

1997 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl

1997 3.3 engine. Gets no Spark and No fuel. Have replaced iac sensor. Blowes fuses when alternator is plugged in. Turns over but won't start. How do I check to make sure there is power to the PCM? I don't want to replace the PCM and then find out there is an electrical problem.

Need to check the fuses and fix before you proceed with any other.

You have a problem fix it and then move on to the other do NOT skip a step
you may want to check ASD relay and crank sensor
