1996 Dodge Intrepid turn signal

I have a 1996 dodge intrepid, the turn signals do not work I checked the fuse and it was good, what else should I check

Check /replace combination flasher right of steering column
and if all OK check replace the multifunction switch

See below when it leaves the switch from 1 and 3 it goes to the lights.

Try removing the upper steering column cover you'll be looking for a black box little bit to the left of the pass. Side towards the steering column.
