1994 Dodge Intrepid water pump

My water pump is leaking with the car off from what appears to be a weep hole at the bottom. Does this require replacement and is there any additional items that may need replacement or cautions to watch out for?

Yes replacement is necessary. You may want to replase hoses and thermostat. Flush the cooling system would be good idea also. Are you DYI? On line repair manual on this site will be helpful.
