2001 Dodge Durango Left turn signal

When I turn on the parking lights or headlights the left turn signal light comes on on the dash board as well as both front and rear parking lights get bright like the turn signal is on but they do not flash.

This is caused by a ground issue, check the wiring at the headlamp switch

It was caused by corosion on the scocket in the tail lamp. Spacifically the reverse light scocket. Not exactly sure whey the reverse light would feed back to the head lights and turn signal but when I cleaned it the problem went away.
