May not be abnormal if this is the first time it was dropped. Need to see the part.

TOOK THE PART TO MY BROTHER INLAW IT THE PART THAT ADJUSTES THE BANDS SO HE SAID MY 2ND MUST NOT BEWORKING WHICH WAS TRUE TAKING IN TO HAVE IT SERVICE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE OUTCOME
