So my vehicle struggles to shift out of first gear when you give it too much gas. It will basically red-line if you press to much on the gas, but at lower RPM's, it shifts fine.
What could the problem be?

Hello,

This happens when the catalytic converter starts to plug up because it changed the vacuum the computer sees. We can confirm the issue by following this guide.

Please run down this guide and report back.

Cheers

I had this problem as well. The shop replaced the catalytic converters for $650.00 all fixed!
