Ive had this problem for awhile now. I'm thinking its a rocker arm. But it ticks with the rpms and you can really hear it from inside on the driver side. The rattle/tick moves with the rpms. I have a supercharger on top of the motor so itll be a job if I have to replace something like a rocker. Any suggestions? Also the truck will idle fine then out of no where it will start sucking air and becomes loud. Then if I let it go for to long the truck wants to slowly stall out. After I give it some gas it idles fine. Could it be a tps, iac? Everything on the truck is aftermarket, well most of it. Any suggestions would be nice. But my main concern is the ticking/rattling. Also my heat knob is all the way turn to high heat and its ice cold a/c. What would cause that?

AC - Check the blend air door

Idle - Check the idle air control valve

Ticking - sounds like a collapsed lifter or a loose rocker arm. The only thing you can do is take it apart and check to see where the problem is.

Let me know what you find.
