My check engine light is on. Is there anything that I can check to see if it solves my problem. (Like change the air filter)

The light being On you have a problem with the engine management system get the computer scanned for OBD2 code/s this is your starting point of finding out what's wrong

I recieved the code number for my check engine light problem. It is PO133. Any suggestions on where to go from here that is a repair I can do myself?
