Can anyone tell me where/how to tighten the drive belt on a 1998 Dodge Dakota 4X4 Sport. Or can anyone tell me where to find a drawing of how to tighten it? Thanks in advance.

The drive belt is automatically tightened by the belt tensioner. It looks like it has a pivot so it can be moved with a socket wrench. It probably is bad and needs to be replaced along with the belt.

The belt diagram is usually on the area in front of the engine or uder side of the hood.
